Red Glöet Sorbet

Red Glöet Sorbet

3 1/4 dl water
4.5 dl Glöet red sparkling glögg
250 g sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
105 g glucose

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat the liquid so that the sugar melts. Place the sorbet in an ice cream machine or high-rimmed container and freezer to solidify. Use a ice cream scoop to shape sorbet balls and serve with white Glöet sparkling glögg.
